Warning error message – missing header php line

I am not a tech savvy person in anyway and am very new to wordpress.

After renewing our subscription with our hosting service this warning message (below) began showing on our website’s homepage. However, it only shows on the home page and none of our other pages. And when you click on a different page and then click back on the home page again the warning message no longer shows up.

Is anyone able to help me figure out what is wrong and how I can fix this so this warning message no longer appears?
