• DO NOT BUY THE “PRO” VERSION OF THE ROBOGALLERY PLUGIN.

    It does absolutely nothing but attempt to steal your money. It’s a great concept and I liked the free version but wanted more, so I upgraded. You get a KEY when you buy it, and a second plugin to download and load, which I did.

    First red flag: there’s no place in either of the plugins to put this KEY. There is no upgrade.

    2nd Red Flag: They claim that the 2nd plugin “magically” changes the initial plugin to “Pro” status. It does not. I spent two whole days looking for this “magic” that doesn’t exist, reading every document they had. Then I decided to request a refund.

    3rd & Final Red Flag: When I requested the refund “Alex” wanted access to my website – and I would not agree. I don’t know any of them them and have not had any problems with plugins before.

    Now I’m convinced that these people are scammers and that I have very good reason to suspect that they’re up to something bad.

    They refuse to issue a refund. I let them know that if they don’t issue a refund, I’ll write a bad review. If I could give this negative stars, I would. Now to work on disputing the charge with my bank.

    AVOID THIS LIKE IT’S A PLAGUE – They are SCAMMERS.

After a week of no communication, you returned with a critical review. During this time, you posted messages based on assumptions, which hindered our ability to diagnose the issue and provide the necessary setup assistance.

    We did not refuse you assistance or a refund. We were simply trying to help, even on non-working days throughout the weekend. This review does not reflect the reality of our customer service or the performance of our plugin.

    But in any case, thank you for your opinion.
