 * Greetings Everyone:
 * I need some help resolving these warnings. I’m using WordPress 3.8.3 running 
   Cheope theme.
    Any help would be great.

 * I’m afraid that we can’t offer support for Paid Themes like Cheope here. You 
   should be getting your support from people who sold you the Theme, as part of
   what you paid for. ref. – [http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products)
 * It appears to be a conflict between that theme and the Woocommerce plugin.
