WARNING !!!!! CAUTION !!!!! STAY AWAY

This is the worst people to do business with, I purchased this theme 2 months ago and they still have not helped me with the installation. They have so many rules in order not give you a refund. Yet take weeks to respond, on there refund policy it says they should get back within 2 days. It has been two months and still I cannot establish communication for them to get it up and running. Bottom line, if you have a business and will rely on sparkle themes products……. Stay Away save your time and money and look for something more reliable. Especially if you are looking for a business, you will lose money.

I am looking to get in contact directly with wordpress to tell them about the lack of professionalism and unreliability of sparkle themes so they get banned from selling their products on word press. No one should go though this and this should be addressed and stopped.
