  • I have emailed the company several times as I don’t use the product. They keep trying to access the card for payment. I will have to cancel the card now. Surely this is affecting other people?

    I have therefore selected Subscription cancellation and have received notification that the subscription has been terminated. then a few days later received another email saying “We can’t seem to process your credit card”.

    In case people are not aware, once ‘W3 Total Cache’ accepts payment they try and access your credit card each year for additional payments. It turns out that this is a subscription product and not a one off. I have not received a reply other than automated emails.

    Could you please tell us how you’re trying to reach out to the team? Like what e-mail address are you sending the e-mails to? Then we can figure out how we missed your request to cancel the subscription.

    All receipts (you received via e-mail) contain a cancellation link, so you should be able to cancel your subscription that way. Also, we cannot identify WordPress users in our system, so you should contact us directly if you have any trouble trying to cancel the subscription.



    Thank you for replying here, As you know I had attempted to contact you prior to posting on this review thread. I received your email yesterday and I thank you for following this up. As you are aware I had actually cancelled the subscription but the gateway was still trying to process payments. I’ll check for a few working days to make sure nothing is activated. Thank you.
