# Warning: Call user error:

 * I am receiving this error message at the top of my screen.
 * Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function‘
   themify_compile_protected_meta_list’ not found or invalid function name in /home1/
   jonesadam32/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 524
 * I am using a basic Themify theme and now it will not show the themify builder
   anymore, nor the admin toolbar. I tried to get wordpress help from an outside
   vendor and they couldn’t login with my login info even though I use it daily.
   Can you help? Not a programmer here, so talk to me like I’m stupid. Would prefer
   not to have to change any code. willing to pay someone to correct this.

 * I’m not familiar with themify, but I’m wondering… Have you changed anything on
   your site recently that may have triggered this? Installed any new plugins, or
   upgraded, or anything?

 * Sorry for the delayed response, the only thing I did was try to backup my site
   to Host gator and then I updated my themify basic template. I also changed my
   password to a temp password so someone from themify could login to the site and
   see if it was an error on their part. They were able to logon but said that the
   site admin toolbar wasn’t showing and that is why their site builder wasn’t working.
 * So I the hired a guy to go in and see if he could find the mistake but he can’t
   log in with the same password that I gave to the themify team, and that I login
   with myself.
