  • I am getting the same error as well as not being able to access the stats in the backend itself. I get an encoding error every time. I even raised the timeout to 60 seconds on my server and still nothing.

Do you guys have access to your MySQL logs?

I asked my hosting provider and they said there was no error in my My SQL logs.

Then it could be a problem of file permission… or something related to caching. Here are some questions for you:

    – Are you using a caching plugin?
    – What version of WordPress are you using?
    – Can you make sure that your tables have the same “structure” as described in the FAQs?
    – How many rows do you have in wp_slim_stats?

    – What version of WordPress are you using? / latest
    – Can you make sure that your tables have the same “structure” as described in the FAQs? / The tables are installed automatically to the db no?

@barnabasnagy, as you may have read in the FAQs, my plugin is not compatible with W3C Total Cache and similar caching plugins, so there’s not much I can do to help you in this case, sorry.

    Cheers,
    Camu
