Great Jane! Keep in mind that plugin works on frontend, not on backend.. the filter is applied to the displayed module with Javascript. It could be slow if you have a lot of taxonomy terms.. 😀

Hi Andrea! Its on the Taxonomy filter settings. And the Taxonomy filter does not show in the category which is the only one I use.
