    We are having problems with some of our older members not completing their reservations (even though I have clearly spelled out the instructions) and then getting upset when they don’t get their confirmations. Is there any way to warn them when the reservation is not complete when they leave the page and/or be able to email them when there are reservations in their cart that haven’t been completed? It is frustrating on their end and ours when they get upset because they haven’t completed the process of the reservation. Thank you for any help you can give!

    It would probably be possible to do something about that; although it might be challenging to make it reliable. Still, I can look into it. It’s not something I can easily just give instructions on how to address, however – I’ll have to explore it.

    Does the new update for Warn user if departing payment page without submitting purchase work when the ticket payment setting is set to Offline? We only take reservations on our site, so I was just curious if it works with the offline setting. Thanks!

    Yes, it should…I don’t think I tested it specifically with the offline gateway, but I can’t see any reason it wouldn’t. The gateways all work with the same common process, even though there’s no payment taken with offline.
