To enable this feature, navigate to the dashboard -> GEO my WP -> Settings -> General Settings tab, and check the Auto Locator checkbox.
Note that the auto locator requires an SSL certificate installed on your site.

The required JavaScipt file of GEO my WP isn’t loading on your site and it might be because there isn’t any object of GEO my WP ( forms, widgets, shortcode ) exist on your site.
Would you please add the Current Location widget to the sidebar of the home page of your site and see if it is then working? Make sure that the Current Location core extension of GEO my WP is activated.
