Wanted to buy the PRO version but the experience was awful

Dear support team,
I am using Duplicator free version for a few years now and I am very happy with it. When I noticed that the PRO version is out, I wanted to buy the license, but after 5 tries I gave up.
The form where we need to introduce the purchase details, including the card details is a very week development. If I introduce some info in a wrong manner or I forget to check the “Accept the terms and conditions” checkbox, the form resets and all the previously introduced data is lost and I have to introduce all daya, all over again.
I have to tell you that I tried 5 times a few minutes ago and gave up. I haven’t had such a bad buying experience for a long time, the form is a very empiric one, doesn’t remember the allready introduced data???? Guys you have to change something, otherwise you loose clients.
