We’re also working on improving the Jetpack Subscription module, and we’ll consider sending new confirmation emails when your reader enters their email address into the subscription form more than once.

I’m afraid we haven’t made any progress on this yet. Allowing multiple confirmation emails also opens the door to spammers or people who could abuse the service, so we’re being extra cautious.
I’ll post again here as soon as I have some news!
