Want to remove Facebook page description from display

Hi! We really like this plugin for helping us to incorporate our social feeds organically. However, we’d like to remove the Facebook page description from the feed if possible, aka the paragraphs that say (1) “Global Health Leaders (GHL) is a visionary new public-private initiative of the Public Health Institute ..” and (2) “Global Health Leaders’ first partnership is with Medtronic Philanthropy.” Is there any way for us to edit these sections out from our display? Thanks!
