  • I really want to like this plugin (I have the pro version). But it’s hard to like it when it is bug-ridden and the developer very rarely responds to messages. Of the below, I have reported bugs 1-4, including reporting bug 2 about 5 times. I have only had 1 response.

    Bugs and inconsistencies I have encountered:-

    1. Pinterest follower count does not work – just shows as 0.
    2. The statistics charts are all wrong. Said I had over 2000 shares on a post that just went live. In another place, said I only had 300 shares on that post. Counting the graph individually, I had more like 80 shares on that post. So the share counts are all over the place and, not only that, are inconsistent.
    3. The share statistics graph, when separating by network, is meant to colour each network/share type differently. Most of them are the same colour black, so cannot be differentiated.
    4. In the same graph, there is something called “false”. What is that meant to be?
    5. The share hub custom colours don’t work when you hover. I have set different hover colours, but I always get the non-hover colour when hovering the mouse over.
    6. The inconsistent options between menu items. We can set the vertical height of the floating sidebar, but not the share hub. We can colour the icons of the floating sidebar and share hub, but not the inline share icons.

    Design issues:-

    1. The sticky bar on mobile – it would be good to be able to select if icons stack. People using small screen phones have a large chunk of the screen taken up when you have more than 3 networks, but it would be better to just make the icons smaller and not stack.
    2. On media buttons can only be Pinterest or all your networks. There is no option to select particular networks.

    Lastly, Content Locker has been “coming soon” for ages. Any idea when it is coming?
