Hi sorry if I am repeating from an earlier post, I thought it was resolved but as I looked deeper into the resolution it wasn’t what I was looking for.
I have WP as my main site and a link to a phpBB forum on the same server. My categories in WP are hierarchical. My forum contains categories with the same name as in WP.
I really want WP to be ‘closed’ and can do this in the Options section of Site Admin, I can also set up users manually – which I don’t want to do. I want the comments link to remain but direct the user to the forum coresponding to the category of the post they wish to comment on. I also want to leave phpBB responsible for the registration and login of users as this will be the only area they can interact with.
Is there a way I can set the comments links to look at the category of the post and use that in the URI to the forum as in if the viewer wanted to comment on a post I’d made in the Health category the link would look something like:
