Want to change”blogroll” title in sidebar but can’t find it in sidebar template

  • Want to change”blogroll” title in sidebar but can’t find it in sidebar template. It’s not in there. Between “categories” and “meta” there’s no “blogroll” title. Nothing in “links” either. I’m assuming this has something to do with the “links taken directly from kubrick.” Where can I change “blogroll” to something like “useful links” or “good reads”?

  • You do it from the wp-admin area, Link Categories, you’ll have to rename it.

Thanks for this, Direkt. I had the same question.

    Go to manage, categories.

There you will find the “Blogroll” category.

    Click Edit.

    Change the name there. Viola.

    But wait, there’s more!

If you want Two link lists with different titles, like “blogroll”on one and “Brace Yourself” for the other?

Go to Blogoll, Manage Blogroll, Click to edit the link you want to put in a new list.

On the right hand side, you’ll see categories.

Add a new category with whatever name you want, and uncheck blogroll.

Update. You will now have two link lists in the sidebar.

    Best,

    F
