Want to add second sidebar column

I am using the blacknblue theme (www.themillerreport.com) and would like to add a second sidebar column, 3 columns in total with 2 sidebars and 1 post column. I am new to php and not sure how to go about this. I want the second sidebar to include separate information from the main sidebar.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
