Want dynamic registration for Nominee’s? Is it Possible?

    I am looking for the functionality of the dynamic registration of nominees. To get part in the polling as a candidate user have to register himself as a nominee he must be able to edit his information hr fill while registration then admin approve his request then he will be visible in that polling in which he registers himself. Can this be achieved by using “WP Poll Survey & Voting System” Plugin or its pro version?

    Please suggest some other plugin which supports the functionality I am looking for.

    yes that is possible, but it needs pro with customization
