I would like my custom background image to show at the top of each page. When you open my site for a few seconds the background image shows at the top of the header but then quickly disappears and the header image goes smack up to the top of the page. How do I keep this background margin from disappearing?

The green background image shows fine in Firefox 15 (Mac) — about a quarter inch at the top — is that what you are seeing? What browser are you using?

I’m using Safari – well glad you’re seeing it but I’m not. I also see it on my iPad. I guess there is nothing I can do about it or should do? Thanks for your help.

Not necessarily — generally, these kinds of problems can be solved, though it might take a bit of detective work.

But I just looked in Safari and it shows fine. So perhaps your computer has a cached stylesheet — try clearing your browser cache. Or are you using any caching plug-ins?
