want a free site with ecommerce

    I’ve been told there are free word press sites with an ecommerce facility. I want to set up an online clothing store. Every time I think I have found a free site it isn’t free. Can someone tell me if they have found and used such a site?

    WordPress software and ecommerce plug ins are available free. The cost is in working through the options and setting everything up.

    I think I must be very thick. I am looking for a simple free theme and want to be able to sell things from it. I am okay with spending a bit of money to add what I need, but I can’t seem to find straight info about what themes are free. I liked twenty sixteen, but the reviews don’t look good. Is that a free site that one can add storefront functionality to?

    Are you using wordpress.com (hosted) or wordpress.org (self hosted)? Any themes or ecommerce plug ins found on this site (wp.org) are free to use.
