    Hello

    When I add balance to the wallet by paying with credit card, the balance does not appear added to the user and it is necessary to add it manually. Is it possible to add it automatically?
    And an email is not sent to the user until the balance is added manually.
    Then the administrator never knows when a balance is paid to add it to the wallet.

    Which payment gateway you are using for wallet recharge?

    Payment by credit card VISA – MASTERCARD.
    The payment is ok, and generates an order, but it has the status of pending payment when the gateway confirms that the payment is correct. It is strange because the user has already paid and continues to see pending payment in their client area until the administrator changes the status manually and adds his new balance.

    In our logic user will credit Wallet balance if order status is in processing or completed.

    We have two options so that the customer can add balance to the wallet.
    1. Create a “virtual” product that can be purchased and associated with the “credit” category but when they buy it with “credit card gateway” the state is “pending payment” when it should be “in process”. When having pending the user tries to pay again.
    2. Pay from the client area but the same thing happens, the payment does not finish activating and the status is “pending payment”

    With a normal product, the payment is processed correctly and this status is “in process”. I think there has to be something wrong because a credit card payment must be completed.

    We have checked via credit card payment and in my case the order status is processing after payment done. Are you using stripe?

    In this case we use an application from our bank BBVA/REDSYS but thanks to your information I have reviewed the plugin and there is an option so that the “credit card” has the option “in process” or better yet “completed”.

    Just one more thing.
    Is it possible to create an article as “virtual” and that when paying with “credit card” its value is added automatically to the balance?
    I have tried, but after paying and with the status “completed” its value I have to add it manually. The product is in 2 categories: “credit” and a new one that we created.

    Wallet top-up is possible only through my wallet > wallet top-up. We don’t use any product category to a top-up wallet.

    Then the category “Credit” for what it is ?. Before installing this plugin I think it was not there, I did not create it.

    I am sure that the category “Credit” is not created from our plugin. Have you tried any other wallet plugin before?

    I do not think so, but there are as many as I could be. Thanks for confirm.
    It would be a good idea to add balance from a product, so you could buy prepaid cards of € 10, € 20 etc. for the first time you register and then you have the option of the topup Wallet.

    This plugin design to work without any restrictions means user can add any amount to there wallet. But admin can set minimum and maximum top-up amount from settings panel.

    I have the same demand: to created in admin plugin area a way to add fixed value buttons..but editable in admim area.
    Then the user only will click in the specific button value available…and don´t type..

    It’s not exactly the same. From the client area it is almost the same to press a button as to write a number.
    The option to create one or several products, makes it more attractive to start with the use of balance and then buy at the store.
    My project offers to sponsor a blueberry tree for a year and what you pay is added to the wallet so that later you can use it to buy blueberries in the store. It is an attractive way to buy uncomplicated balance in your area.
    The problem is that once the customer buys the product, he has to wait for the administrator to manually add the balance to his account.
    Later if you want to buy more balance you can do it from the client area with which you will be more familiar.
