We’ve had reports from some customers that the wallet payment option is not displaying on the checkout page. We’re not able to reproduce on our end unfortunately. Wondering if you have any ideas as to what could be causing this.

@muypescado Please check if the wallet payment method is active and is there sufficient balance to process the order.

Hi Subrata,

The payment method is active. As I mentioned, it’s showing up for me, just not for specific customers.

Regarding the balance: on my end it shows up as an option even if the balance is less than the cart total. Isn’t it possible to use it for partial payments?

@muypescado Is those customers are registered customers or guest users?

@muypescado Hi, Sorry for the delay in response. Also there must be sufficient balance in the user wallet to process the particular order.
