 * We didn’t activate the Waitlist option in the event, but it did show up. It’s
   a nice feature, so I’m happy to have it, but where can we style this?
   It’s seems
   impossible to deactivate the Review option? I don’t want this to be shown as 
   it’s not useful for us.
