Waiting time In GT- METRIX

    I am sorry to barge wordpress forums with Gt-Mterix queries but the waiting time is not resolving I have tried everything from changing the cache plugins to deleting some plugins still no help.
    Can anyone please help me to correct this.
    I am On litespeed servers using litespeed cache, but Changed it with W3total cache thinking of problem from LS CACHE But the problem is not going.
