  • Hello, I hope you had a good xmas break.

    I have two support tickets with you guys from a couple of weeks ago. -I’m guessing you might have a backlog of work to get through.

    I can wait a little longer for a response, but an ETA when you might get a chance to look at it would be appreciated.

    My support cases are 36445 and 36446.
