    Hello,
    on 19 April I purchased the PRO version of your plugin.
    From my bank, it turns out that the transaction to “Eh dev shop timeline” went well.
    Even today, in my private area I do not see the code to use for my timeline.
    What should I do?

    Have you reached out to us using the contact form at https://www.wp-timelineexpress.com/contact? We would be more than happy to look into the issue. I would also recommend checking your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders, as sometimes the emails get marked as spam by the more aggressive email filters. We can resend the email if you are unable to find it.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
