    Hello. I have a need to renew my license. An attempt to bill my Paypal card was not successsfull. I have set up two tickets but there seems to be some confustion between vendor and fast spring. I closed all my support tickets except for one so that I could try to get some action. Please? There is plenty of dinero there. Can I please get the renewal? Please? Best regards,

  • Hello again. Now, since the beginning of my support ticket for pro renewal it has been over a week. Plugin is very nice but support takes a long time. I did receive an email but still no new invoice and still no way to pay renewal. Is this your “normal” method of doing business? You need some help in my opinion.

    Hello Mika. I am in deep investment on Users Ultra Pro on some twenty sites. The developer has not responded and I am very concerned as I am not getting support. I do not know what to do about it. It has been months.

    I am sorry to learn about your issue, as for this “An attempt to bill my PayPal card was not successful”. We’re not permitted to offer support for paid versions here.
