Waiting for my theme update (3 weeks)

Not to rustle leaves here, but I noticed that my Celestial Lite theme is already 3 weeks old and still waiting for the theme’s update to be reviewed/approved as the theme list still has it at v1.5 but now Celestial Lite is 1.9.

I just had my Preference updated in a matter of a couple days from submitting it, so wondering is there something I should know or has this simply been lost in the sea of submissions?
