Same problem here. The activation key is ok, on the dashboard it is confirmed that it is ok. I have an email confirming that it’s ok. And yet I am awaiting approval.
Wake up !
Hello @lefonk,
Thanks for writing. Our team works hard to process manual approvals for all new subscriptions, and replies to them as soon as possible (within 12h). If you did not receive an answer from us, it’s either because we did not receive your request, or your did not get out reply.
Upon checking, it looks like we actually sent a reply to you via email. Our Approvals Team inquired about your imported contacts and asked you to confirm that you have permission to send to them.
This is part of routine approval process to prevent spamming. Unfortunately we did not receive a reply from you.
I suggest you respond to our Approval team via email so we can process your request.
Thanks,

I checked, and the subscription for your site (https://benber.fr/) has already been approved. If you’re applying for a new website, please let us know the domain so we can check.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hello @wysija,
You are right it is not for this site, but a subdomain. Please check for shop.benber.fr

Hello again,
thanks for your reply.
I’m glad you sent us an email. Unfortunately my client my have skipped it, as i didn’t warn her, being unaware that this process could lead to your request about the contact list.
I’ll try to contact her and have her reply to you.
I have another question though, i have problems with the subscribtion form for new users to sign in. It always lead to an error message, although my WordPress has no problems to send emails through contact 7 form for example. Could this be connected to the fact that the plugin isn’t activated on your side ?
