WAH Wont Work!

    I have installed WAH on 3 different website without any problem. I am now installing on another but it will not work. The icon is shown in the top right hand corner but nothing happens when clicked. This site is using Ribbon Lite Theme 2.0.8 from MyThemeShop. I don’t want to purchase the Pro version yet if it’s not going to work.

    Very nice issue… How can I help you without URL or more detailed description?
    And yes, you do not have to purchase the PRO version. It’s OK =)

    Hi,

    I could not share a URL because it was localhost and not on a live site 🙂

    I have resolved this now. The theme being used (Ribbon Lite) I now found out is 2 years out of date and no longer functioning correctly.

    I have changed the theme on the site and all is now functioning correctly and I have purchased WAH PRO!
