W3TotalCache with Members plugin

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to assist someone who is having issues with their site.

    They are using W3TotalCache and the Members plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/)

    In IE, the end-user can login and everything works as expected, however in most other browsers, they cannot login. The Login redirect works, but when the target page loads, they see none of the details that a logged in user should see.

    Are there any known issues, tips on this?

    Could it be an issue with caching?

    Have you verified that deactivating W3 Total Cache resolves this issue?

    Was just trying that…and you’re right…deactivating W3 Total Cache does NOT resolve the issue.

    Thanks for the speedy response.

    I’ll try something else (no idea what tho) 🙁
