I used a script in crontab to update data in wordpress database.
At the same time I use W3TC db cache to improve the database access proformance.
I don’t know if there is any method that I can use after I update data in database to set expire immediately to let W3TC to invalid the cache and use the new data?

There is a function that can be called to flush the DbCache w3tc_dbcache_flush().

However if you use disc based caching it can take a lot of time to clear it due to DbCache generating a lot of files and folders. Its best used with opcode or memcache.
