    Hi Nitin,

    Thanks for reporting this.

The majority of the errors are related to this line of CSS, which can appear multiple times in the compiled CSS depending on your menu theme settings:

    “filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient”

    – this is required to add gradients to old versions of IE, but the validator doesn’t like it. Removing it would fix a lot of errors in the validator, but it would also break gradients in old browsers for all users of Max Mega Menu (and their visitors). Personally, I would really like to remove that support for old versions of IE, but I know there are users out there who still need it.

The remaining ones “Property pointer-events doesn’t exist : none” and “Property background-position-x doesn’t exist : center” are both supported by all modern browsers, but not recognised by the validator yet.

If you do want to the validator to be happy with the CSS then you’d need to copy the generated CSS to your own file, remove the lines that the validator doesn’t like, then set CSS output to “Don’t output CSS”. Alternatively, to remove a lot of the errors (the IE9 support) you could make sure you’re not using any gradient colors in the menu theme settings.

    Regards,
    Tom
