    Has to do with the & sign in the link to the Google code, says it should probably be an ampersand.

    Line 430, Column 93: & did not start a character reference. (& probably should have been escaped as &.)

    Referring to this <script src="https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js?onload=recaptchaLoadCallback&render=explicit&hl=en" async defer></script> that’s injected by the plugin.
