When you run the capability check the result displays:
zlib extension: Installed (required for compression support)
But when you enable zlib support in php.ini and reboot the windoze server you get this result instead:
Either the PHP configuration, web server configuration or a script in the WordPress installation has zlib.output_compression enabled.
Please locate and disable this setting to ensure proper HTTP compression behaviour.
So what is the correct here to do?
Should it be on or should it be turned off? (The obvious would be the last one – but I want to be sure..)
