    w3-total-cache gives these features:

    • Caching of database objects in memory or on disk
    • Caching of objects in memory or on disk

    wp-file-cache says:

The plugin implements object level persistent caching and can be used instead of the built in WordPress WP_Object_Cache.

    so the features are equal?
is it ok to use both plugins?
can I use only w3-total-cache (it will do all the job wp-file-cache does?)?

No, the features are not equal, W3TC is far more robust. It is not ok to use both plugins.
