 * I really want to get W3 Total Cache plugin to work well for me so I have read
   dozens of articles explaining how to setup W3 Total Cache settings in wordpress.
   In most detailed articles it says things like “…it depends on the server setup
   as to what features will be available for you…” pertaining to using options like
   disk enhanced and OPCODE enhancements.
 * I have a VPS running Apache 2.2, PHP 5.3.8 and APC 3.1.9 on a 64bit CentOS 5.5
   w/ cPanel Liquid Web Storm Server. I have tried 3 different PHP handlers: DSO,
   suPHP and FCGI. I am trying for the life of me to figure out what settings will
   allow for optimal W3 Total Cache operation. Any what I mean is how can I get 
   disk enhanced to work for the page caching? How can I get the database caching
   to cache more than 1 query using APC? How can I get the object cache to cache
   more than half the objects using APC?
 * From what I have read the most widely suggested settings if possible are to use
   disk enhanced for page caching, disk for minify, APC for both database and object
   caching. I have tried this but for some reason I only get 1 query to cache on
   database caching using APC but can get most queries to cache using disk. For 
   object caching I get most to cache using disk but only some to cache using APC.
   I can get disk basic to work for page caching but can not get disk enhanced page
   caching to work no matter what settings I try.
 * Can someone who has W3 Total Cache working fully (disk enhanced page caching,
   APC for database cache, APC or disk for Object cache) explain their Server setup?
   I am very willing to switch my setup if needed.
