I have deactivated the cache plugin, the problem has not decided

I visited the page but noticed that the “W3 Total Cache” notice is still present in the page source, so it looks like the plugin is still caching the site.
Could you verify that caching has been fully disabled? That will allow me to see whether this affects the behavior, and we can start narrowing down the cause to a specific feature.
Also feel free reach out to us at support(at)complianz.io. Perhaps you can share your W3 Total Cache settings with us, so we can investigate this as well.

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this.
I have looked into the common denominator between these sites, so, what plugins or scripts they have in common. I found that you use a plugin “reCaptcha by BestWebSoft”, which looks to be the cause of this.
I installed that plugin and when I enter the shortcode on the page, this problem appears. When you remove this shortcode, the problem disappears instantly.
For further discussion as to a solution for this, could you please reach out to us by email on support(at)complianz.io? As we aren’t allowed to further discuss Premium functionality such as the TCF banner on the WordPress Forums.

I had replied to your earlier ticket 2 days ago (which concerned the same issue as in this thread), but hadn’t received a response to that (#219544073). I haven’t received any new mails from that e-mail address or with the same ticket ID since then.
Could you confirm that our emails aren’t ending up in your spam folder?

Quick update, my earlier assumption about the ReCaptcha plugin being related was wrong.
I will send you my Complianz settings over email, so you can import those to test if that fixes the issue.
