# W3 Total Cache – Object Caching

 * Hi,
 * I’m in urgent need of help please.
    My website is: [http://www.ladybugjewellery.com](http://www.ladybugjewellery.com)
 * I had W3-Cache and somehow understood that my “add to card” buttons only worked
   when I had my object caching on.
    In order to test performance I’ve tried to 
   delete W3. I’ve deleted all the correct files and folders through ftp.
 * However I’m not not able to get access to my dashboard. I completely lost access
   to it :S
 * Same happens when I press “add to card” – I get a blank page and nothing happens.
   
   Please can someone help?
