W3 Total Cache not using CDN for css and js from plugins

Hi,
I have setup W3 total cache with Amazon Cloudfront CDN. The blog is serving the standard css and js files via CDN but it is not serving the css and js used by third party plugins

For example, the below 2 files are not served by CDN
http://www.edureka.co/blog/wp-content/plugins/download-button-shortcode/css/downloadbutton.css?ver=3.5.1
http://www.edureka.co/blog/wp-content/plugins/socialize/frontend/css/socialize.css?ver=3.5.1

However, the below one is getting served
http://a1.edureka.co/blog/wp-includes/css/admin-bar.min.css?ver=3.5.1

Please suggest what could be the reason here.
