W3 total cache makes carousel images bug

    Hi !

    I use elementor pro to make a new website and at “nos grains” section, there is a carousel which display cards. If you check, you will notice that when you’re on the first slide, and you want to see the previous one, pictures aren’t displayed.

    After researches, W3 Total cache is the plugin which makes this part bugs, but i don’t know what to do, the plugin seems to work, I already clear the cache, it’s the latest update and there is no other bug…

    Can someone please help me? the website is finished but i can’t return it with that bug…

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.

    Most likely the problem is with the Lazy loading option (Chargement lent). Some sliders/carousels are basically lazyloading images by default. So in this case double lazy loading may be the problem. To confirm this, please disable Lazy loading in Performance>General settings, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the problem persists. If the issue is gone, there are two options. The first is to keep the Lazy load disabled, and the recommended solution would be to exclude those images from lazy loading by adding the class name of those images to Performance>User Experience>Exclude words: section. In your case, you should add:
    attachment-medium_large

    Once added save all settings and purge the cache and see if the problem persists.
