W3 Total Cache – Fatal Error During Install…

    Does anyone know why and more importantly how to fix the following error I get when I install the W3 Total Cache on a sub-site?

    “/var/www/vhosts/121MediaSolutions.com/httpdocs/wp-content/w3tc-121mediasolutions.com/dbcache could not be created, please run following command:
    chmod 777 /var/www/vhosts/121MediaSolutions.com/httpdocs/wp-content/w3tc-121mediasolutions.com”

    Is this a permissions issue? I temp. changed the permissions to 777 but it wont work. Any ideas or solutions?

    It means that W3TC cannot copy w3-total-cache/wp-content/ files to your WP install’s wp-content/ directory for you so it needs to be done manually if you can’t figure out the permissions issue.
