 * W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please
   re-install plugin or remove …/htdocs/wp-content/advanced-cache.php
 * I tried deleted – no reaction

 * Did you clear all the caches first?
    Did you deactivate first? Are you using 
   an FTP client?
 * I have deleted, installed and uninstalled W3TC many times and it’s always pretty
   smooth.

   process from scratch?
