• I get a W3 total cache error that makes it impossible to upload pics to my site. The error says to delete or reinstall the plugin, but trying to reinstall I am told that the plugin is already there. However it does not show under “plugins”, so how do I uninstall first?

whre do I fidn the error files / how do I acces them?

the error says: W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hsphere/local/home/lanaplant/lanaplant.dk/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. • You need to have server access via ftp or cpanel. You look in the wp-content folder in the root folder for your website. Then you will see these two files:

    object-cache.php
    dp.php
    advanced-cache.php

Delete them. I am assuming the plugin has already been deleted.
