w3 total cache broken

    my w3 total cache all of a sudden returned me the “It appears Minify URL rewriting is not working. If using apache, verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess. Or if using nginx verify all configuration files are included in the main configuration fail (and that you have reloaded / restarted nginx).”

    It was working fine previously till (feb 12 2013). I have not made any major modification to the core files.Can somebody help me on this?
