W3 Total Cache and Theme Issues

With W3 Total Cache enabled the home page of our website (which uses visual editor) doesn’t appear properly, with huge gaps between content sections etc, but with W3 Total Cache disabled, it appears correctly.

Has anyone else experienced this and is it a problem with the config, the theme, the visual composer or the cache module?
