Support » Plugin: Age Verify » W3 Total Cache and Age Verify

  • I am trying to use W3 Total Cache to help speed up this site: http://springfielddistillery.com/site. This is a distillery in the US so there has to be an age verification page that pops up whenever a user visits for the first time, no matter what page so the user can verify they are over 21 before looking at the site. I am using the Age Verify plugin to do that.

On the W3 Total Cache plugin, as soon as I enable Page Cache and Browser Cache a few issues happen with the age verification page and it’s not super consistent. One day the age page didn’t pop up at all. Sometimes the age page pops up just fine, other times I can navigate to another page and it won’t pop up at all. I always clear my browser history and test it on multiple browsers.

I’m wondering if you can tell me what I should exclude from the caching plugin to ensure Age Verify works as it should?

  • W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache and cookies don’t get along well together. The cookies should be checked in JS
