    Try:

    1 – Clean root .htaccess W3 Total Cache added code …
    2 – Clean root wp-config.php W3 Total Cache added code …
    3 – Delete /wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/ directory via ftp …
    4 – Delete /wp-content/w3tc/ directory via ftp …
    5 – Delete /wp-content/w3-total-cache-config.php directory via ftp …
    6 – Delete /wp-content/advanced-cache.php directory via ftp …
    7 – Delete /wp-content/db.php directory via ftp …
    8 – Delete /wp-content/object-cache.php directory via ftp …
    9 – Waiting 1 hour for cache flushing …
    10 – Re-Download and Re-Load fresh W3 Total Cache 0.9.2.5 version …
    11 – Enable W3 Total Cache and try only default condiguration …

    P.S. W3 Total Cache work fine with WordPress 3.5.1: your problems are others …
