    Hi dubh,

Sorry for the late reply. There was a problem with the support account, just solved now.

The issue is that this image URL is being considered invalid:

    https://i1.wp.com/pasadenian.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/Join-the-Pasadena-Police-Departments-spooky-soiree—Trunk-or-Treat-awaits.jpg?ssl=1

Because of this character: — (between soiree and Trunk)

So this isn’t a problem with the plugin, but with the URL itself.

Even though the image is accessible and probably displayed correctly on your site, third-party services may reject it due to that single character.

The solution would be to either save the image in the media library or replace it with another one.
