Where can I find a developer who works with ShopperPress theme

    Where is the best place to find someone who can convert a standard (and very simple site) to the ShopperPress theme, along with customization that replicates the look of the current site?

    I really hate to go to a freelance site and get bids from around the world. I know my friend won’t be comfortable with this. Any ideas?
